Scattered Links MC is hosting this run. This will be a “closed” event and only pre-paid entries will have access to the venue for the weekend. The number of entries will be limited to 200 on a first come, first serve basis, paid up front. Once the entry fee has been received in the bank account, your name will go on the list. The venue gate will open 14:00 on Friday 14 October. Strictly no under 18’s. Anybody entering the venue will be liable for the full entry fee, but will not receive a badge.

Die Bosvarkie is a stunning bush pub with a camp site and a rustic bar. Danie and Mac and the family are excellent hosts and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome! We will try to accommodate all tastes in music and daar is nie ‘n buurman om te complain oor die geraas nie! There will be enough wood to keep the campfires burning all night.
They will have stunning Klein Karoo Potjiekos for sale on Friday evening and boerewors rolls and curry & rice Saturday during the day.
Please note that there is a ±2 km gravel road just before the venue, but it is always in good condition. They have many bikers visiting them and they haven’t had complaints yet.
We want to get fellow bikers together for a fat jol at a great venue. There will be a prize for the best represented club and games and lucky draws throughout Friday & Saturday.
The badge will be white with black writing this year. We are using our club colours first. Next year will be yellow.
The venue is stunning and the owners truly go out of their way to help make the jol a success. The bar is nice and rustic and the booze prices excellent. The bar is not very big, but the service is excellent. You will also not find better braai chops for the Saturday evening.
Everybody that joined us last year, had a blast. Because of that and after many requests, we decided to make it a weekend run this year after last year’s sleep-over. Where will you find a rally for R150 and you still get your campsite, badge, but it then include the breakfast roll & coffee and a braai for the Saturday evening?
Our club is not making much profit and what we make are going to the Kraaifontein Childrens’Home. That is why people should not expect huge prizes for the games.
We are really having this run for the love of biking and to just get a group of like-minded people together to have an absolute blast and if this year is anything like last year, it will be!
